At the time of purchase, your order is checked for accuracy, sent to one of our many production partners worldwide for fulfillment, and once complete, is shipped to you.
Made to Order
This item is made to order. That means it is only cut/sewn, printed, or assembled at the point of sale. Production time may vary from product to product.
Tracking number
When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
Exchange, return & refund
If your product is defective, not as described, or there is any issue caused by our mistake, don’t worry. Just send us an email here and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
In case you put the wrong information in your order or you change your mind about products’ attribute when you receive them (you want to up/down size, prefer another color, ….), we are happy to exchange your items at a reasonable fee.
