After placing an order, you can find the order number, check the status of an order, as well as find the tracking number for your order by clicking on the Account Icon on the top right hand side of the navigation menu.
In the Dashboard Menu select Orders from the menu on the left, here you can check the status of any orders you’ve placed.
- Processing – We’re working on this order, it’s currently being printed and packaged for shipping.
- Completed – This order has been printed, packed, and a tracking number is provided.
Locating my Tracking Number
From the Orders tab, in the Account Dashboard, hit the “View” button, located to the right of the corresponding order number.
From here you will see an area right above the “Order Details” labeled “Order Updates”. If your order has been completed and a shipping label has been generated, you will be able to find the USPS Tracking Number here.
If your order says “Processing”, it means it is either still being printed, or is awaiting packaging & shipping.
